We invite you to have a beautiful stay! This great place is all about location. The clubhouse, Branson strip, and lake are all within minutes away. This is an excellent combination of location and comfort! All bedrooms have their own attached bathroom with the Tuscany style, comfortable furnishings, and living room for up to 10 guests all adding to the location which make this place one-of-a-kind. You will want to return to over and over again! Inside you will find comfortable and quality bedding, completely furnished, well stocked kitchen for cooking up a meal of any size. The balcony with outdoor furniture is the perfect place to sip your espresso or afternoon tea before taking a short walk to the clubhouse where you will find Tennis courts, indoor pool (year-round), outdoor pool/hot tubs(seasonal), exercise room, onsite bar and restaurant, shuffleboard, playground, and much more!
STOCKED ITEMS
All of our properties are stocked with a starter kit for toiletries and kitchen supplies. We aim to meet the essentials for your stay, but anything beyond what is listed below (or if you plan to have a large group/long stay) you will need to provide for your stay.
Kitchen: Coffee, Sugar, Coffee Filters, Salt and Pepper, Potholders, Dish soap, Dishwasher pods, Hand Soap, Kitchen Hand towels and dishcloths, Paper towels, Trash Bags
Toiletries: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Hand Soap, Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash bags, Make up wipes, Deodorizer spray, Tissue.
All linens will be provided as well as laundry detergent.
Full access to all amenities, and high-speed internet. Just bring your toothbrush, some clothes, and call it a vacation!!
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
Master bedroom has King bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 3 (Open loft area) has a queen bed, living room has a pull-out sofa for guests 7/8, Airbed upon request w/bedding and blankets
LOCATION:
Fabulous location near all Branson has to offer. This property is located on a by-pass road that will help you avoid the busy traffic on the Branson Strip. You can still get to the 76 Strip in minutes, with Table Rock Lake being only 2 miles away, downtown Branson is a 10-minute drive, and Silver Dollar City is a 15-minute drive (Without traffic).

*This property is located on the second floor and requires stairs. May not be suitable for guests who have a physical limitation that would prevent them from climbing stairs.

*The pool & hot tub at this location are maintained by the Pointe Royale Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.
*Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round, Outdoor pool is seasonal. Pool area is open 10am-11pm.

Indoor/Outdoor Pool
Enjoy a heated indoor pool, two outdoor pools, a hot tub, and a kiddie pool, with patio areas for swimming and relaxing while getting that tan. Outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day Weekends. The indoor pool is open year round.
Tennis
There are two lighted tennis courts next to the clubhouse and main pool area. Equipment rental is available at the front desk.
Golf
The Pointe’s 18-hole Championship Course is Branson’s Premier Course. Guests staying in our condos receive discounted golf fees. See our Golf Course page for info and rates.
Fitness CenterÂ
The 24 hour Fitness Center offers numerous pieces of equipment including tread mills, exercise bikes, recumbent bikes, elliptical and weight machines. The Fitness Center features a floor covering that is excellent for walking and aerobic exercise. The Fitness Center is available to owners, renters and guests only.
Lakeside Trout Fishing
Rainbow and Brown Trout can be landed with artificial lures at the lakeside park on Lake Taneycomo. Pointe Royale is located on the trophy fishing area of the upper end of the lake near Table Rock Dam. For bait fishing, you can go to Branson’s public docks, where you may also rent a boat.
Playgrounds and Picnic Areas
There are several playgrounds and picnic areas around Pointe Royale including a lakeside park.
Hiking
Exploring the natural beauty of the Ozarks is just moments away. The Shepherd of the Hills Trout Hatchery located just to our west has a nature trail along Lake Taneycomo and The Dewey Short Visitors Information Center at Table Rock Dam begins another adventure along the shores of Table Rock Lake.

Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your reservation in the first 24 hours of booking and receive 100% refund.
- After booking you have until 30 days before your check-in date to cancel with just a 5% cancelation fee.
- There are no refunds inside midnight on the 30th day. We recommend purchasing travel insurance, which we provide a link to after booking.
Deposit Policy
We charge a 30% deposit at the time of booking. All cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee, and there are no refunds for reservations within 30 days of arrival.

Perfect for our family of 4. Everyone had their own bathroom also which was nice. The Jacuzzi tub in the master bedrooms bathroom was nice to use after a long day of activities. The club house was right around the corner from the location and has pool and affordable food to order.
Good location. 14 minutes to Silver Dollar City, not far from the strip. Safe/peacful area. Pool/clubhouse was only a 2 minute walk. Needs some TLC with cleaning vents, touch up paint, new chairs for the dining table for examples. Priced well though and just fine for a relaxing stay. Would recommend.

Condo was exactly as pictured, plenty of space for the 4 of us. My teenager loved that she had a loft. Definitely would stay again. We did have one issue but it was taken care of.
This home was accurately described. It was all about the location. Very close to the beautiful pool, hot tub and tennis area. There were a few minor issues with supplies available in the kitchen but they were very responsive to replace or bring what we needed. From reading the other reviews I expected it to be a bit dated and the reviews were accurate.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We have a large family and it accommodated us all very comfortably. We felt safe at this location and it was very much near all of what we wanted to do. Our only recommendation would be just some few minor upgrades and a deep clean of the carpets would really help this place. The pool and hot tub was awesome. The concession stand food and drinks were good and affordable. The views were peaceful. We will definitely be back! Thank you!
A perfect spot to sample Branson. We did the Landing, Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake, Fritz' and mini golf, plus we took advantage of the pools. Morning walks were awesome. Point Royale is pretty.
This is a great place to stay, we enjoyed the size and how spread out everything was. they had plenty of TVs for the adults and kids. WiFi is fantastic as well, our kids played on phones, switches, Netflix, and tablets, while adults did work, checked emails and with all that it never ran slow or or locked up. Only issue we had was that the people before us stole the batteries out of the TV remotes and power cords for the Roku devices. But our host got us up and running within a day. The host in is fantastic, we called a lot with all kinds of questions. I know they probably didn't want to answer the 15th time I called in one day, but they did and didn't seem annoyed at all. This place is a little older so great place for kids and you don't have feel like everything has to be perfect all the time. I broke a chair while there and they weren't concerned not did they charge us anything. They also brought an air mattress for us to use if we needed. we had Nine and everyone slept comfortably and felt like they had their own space and enough space to to chillax. Indoor Pool is a little small but clears out from noon-4. The outdoor pool wasn't open yet but it's a very nice size and will and space during the summer months. All in all this place is well kept, the overall property is very nice, being from St Louis we appreciated the extra safety provided by the guards at the front gate. We will definitely be back!

THIS WAS A VERY NICE STAY FOR MY FAMILY AND I. THERE WAS ENOUGH SPACE AND IT WAS CLEAN WHICH IS A HUGE THING FOR US. THE KIDS WERE FREE TO BE CHILDREN AND THEY EVEN CHECK ON YOU DURING YOUR STAY JUST TO MAKE SURE YOU'RE COMFORTABLE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND I PLAN TO STAY AGAIN.
Everything was great.
This unit was very spacious and has a balcony. It is on the top floor which is great for the noise factor (no one is above you to disturb you). The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect. The pool is a very short walk and also has a tiki bar which has great food as well.
As for the checking in All you needed was the address and the code, and for checking out they don’t ask for you to do a ton just clean up after yourself and lock the door behind you which is perfect when you’re there for a busy vacation or softball tournament
