Great location to bypass all the busy Branson traffic, 5 minutes to the Branson Strip, 15 minutes to Silver Dollar City, 5 minutes to Table Rock Lake, 15 minutes to historic downtown Branson and the Branson Landing, located on the south side of the Branson Strip for easy access to Dogwood Canyon, boat launches, can't say enough about the location!!

All of our properties are stocked with a starter kit for toiletries and kitchen supplies. We aim to meet the essentials for your stay, but anything beyond what is listed below (or if you plan to have a large group/long stay) you will need to provide for your stay.

*This property is located on the top floor and requires one flight of stairs.

*The seasonal outdoor pool at this location is maintained by The Vinyards Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly and diligently to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your reservation in the first 24 hours of booking and receive 100% refund.
- After booking you have until 30 days before your check-in date to cancel with just a 5% cancelation fee.
- There are no refunds inside midnight on the 30th day. We recommend purchasing travel insurance, which we provide a link to after booking.
Deposit Policy
We charge a 30% deposit at the time of booking. All cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee, and there are no refunds for reservations within 30 days of arrival.

The information provided when booking was misleading. Location was not stocked whatsoever when it came to the kitchen. Notified them concerning clogged sink, no one came out to fix. Making it very inconvenient in one bathroom. Very slow response time.

Very nice, pretty well equipped.
No extra blankets…74 in living room bedrooms very cold.

Place was very clean! Plenty of towels and beds were very comfortable! Would stay here again
The place was beautiful but 3 of the 4 beds had stains on the sheets or comforters. Also the balcony door did not lock. We had to wash all sheets and a comforter. My kids slept on the floor the first night. I made contact with them the morning after we arrived and they didn't conta t me back until less than 30 before checkout asking if they needed to come correct the problems. We had been gone almost 3 hours before they contacted me back. Their listing said they respond within 1 hour yet it took 2 days to contact me. That was unacceptable seeing that we were there with an unsecured door. That was a safety issue for us to sleep there and it was unlocked.
Everything was great. The area was clean and the stay was perfect for what we needed. I would highly recommend!

Freedom Vacations Rentals is an excellent host. The property was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. FVR provide excellent service, communicated very well with us, provided detailed instructions and directions. This is our second time using FVR and we plan to use them again on our future vacations.

This place is in an awesome location with access to everything nearby. Entrances and the road itself to the complex is very steep and not well lighted. Be careful driving at night. Grill is not on the rental unit itself, it is a short walk down the street to a common area, and only has 2 grills for the entire complex of over 50 units. It is located next to the garbage area and is not ideal to use specially with COVID still around. There is no pull out sofa bed, but rather an air bed that is hard to setup and take down every day. This rental is ideal for 6-8 people. We experience hot water running out everyday, not enough for our larger group (8 adults and 2 kids). Very well stocked, and well-thought. Has almost every amenity you can think of. If you plan to cook your own food, there is only enough utensils and plates for a smaller group, pots and pans are too small to cook for a larger group. Wifi password printed in welcome book is incorrect, must check router for correct info. There is a small balcony which is facing a stone wall. Overall, it is a good place to stay if you can get past the shortcomings.
