Smart TV's in all rooms for streaming - Cable - High speed WIFI - Bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, make-up wipes, soft soap, quality towels, hand towels, wash cloths - Kitchen features 12 cup coffee maker (grounds provided) all utensils for meals, plenty of settings, crock-pot, blender, hand mixer, cooking sheets, storage containers, mixing bowls, pizza pan, casserole dishes, frying pans and pots, paper towels, kitchen towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap, you name it...it has it - Laundry room features full size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board (laundry soap, bleach and dryer sheets provided) - We've done everything we could to make sure your needs are met for a perfect stay!!

NOTE:
This property is located on a upper level and requires one flight of stairs. Although it has handrails on both sides and no stairs once you are in the property, it may not be suitable for those who would have a difficult time walking a flight of stairs.

-You may cancel your reservation in the first 24 hours of booking and receive 100% refund.
-After booking you have until 30 days before your check-in date to cancel and receive a full refund
-There are no refunds inside midnight on the 30th day.
