Hoot Owl @ Table Rock Lake is a FANTASTIC large group lake property! This fully stocked vacation retreat features tons of room for a large party, many bedroom/sleeping spaces, an attic room that kids will LOVE, game room with ping pong, foosball, darts and basketball game! The two fully equipped kitchens provide a lot of room for the cooks in the group. Keep in mind, there is a large BBQ for outdoor cooking as well. A large group, such as yours, needs a lot of seating, and Hoot Owl doesn't disappoint. There are two large living room spaces with additional living room space in the detached bunkhouses, however, we believe most people will be spending time on the HUGE deck areas overlooking Table Rock Lake! The large deck area has a really neat retractable awning for shade that will retract if the wind picks up. Enjoy your time outdoors having an evening fire in the large fire pit as well. Roast up some hot dogs or make some smores and memories!
If you are looking to enjoy the lake, other than the incredible view from the back deck of the property, Joe Bald public use area is only a 5-minute drive and has a boat ramp. Port of Kimberling is only 6 miles away and perfect for fishing tournament groups! This great property is only about a 20-minute drive to all that Branson has to offer as well. There is a public store for small items right up the road and grocery shopping in Kimberling City.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
These are the bedrooms in the main house. (Sleeps 11.)
Master Bedroom: King size bed - Amazing view of the lake from bed through a sliding glass door going out to the deck.
Bedroom 2: Bunk with a twin over twin bed.
Bedroom 3: Bunk with a twin over twin bed.
Bedroom 4: Queen bed.
Loft Bedroom - Bedroom 5: 3 twin beds. **Note This is a low ceiling loft bed. A child may be able to stand up, but an adult will not. It's fun but the ceiling is only about 4' high and slopes. Great kid room. Access is a spiral staircase.
These are the bedrooms in the detached bunk house. The detached bunkhouse includes a living room area and full bathroom. (Sleeps 10.)
Bedroom 6: Two full size over full size bunk beds.
Bedroom 7: Queen size bed.
Second detached bunk house, two separate entry doors, but the units connect inside through a jack-and-jill bathroom. (Sleeps 7.)

Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your reservation in the first 24 hours of booking and receive 100% refund.
- After booking you have until 30 days before your check-in date to cancel with just a 5% cancelation fee.
- There are no refunds inside midnight on the 30th day. We recommend purchasing travel insurance, which we provide a link to after booking.
Deposit Policy
We charge a 30% deposit at the time of booking. All cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee, and there are no refunds for reservations within 30 days of arrival.

We're terribly sorry there were some things overlooked and we'll certainly bring this to the housekeeping staffs attention. We do greatly apologize for the Wi-Fi issues you experienced during your stay and we did everything we could to try and resolve them, this was an issue with the internet company and unfortunately out of our control. There were many things we noticed that were missed in the cleaning (spider webs, ceiling fans, sheets, under the beds). It was a large area that accommodated our large family and the outside space was nice. The bunkbeds in the main house were in a very general area with no real doors for privacy, so that was a bit strange.
Bring regular coffee, the Keurig in the picture was been replaced with a normal coffee maker.
Awesome, stay loved view. There is plenty of space. I loved that it had private rooms with its own little living room and kitchenette. Great for a big gathering or big vacation.

The location is absolutely lovely. The view is spectacular and the area is peaceful. There are many amenities and activities within easy driving distance. The house has plenty of space and many bedrooms. We had a few small concerns with cleanliness, mainly bugs in some of the spaces. The kitchens are small to cook for a group large enough to fill the house, but fairly well stocked. We appreciated all the appliances, outdoor furniture, and linens. It isn't a luxury home, but it is comfortable and lovely.
