There's a cute wet weather creek that runs along the property's side that makes it so attractive and whimsical. Sit on one of the HUGE almost 1000sf deck or porch and watch as the kids splash around in the pool! This property is the closest one to the new indoor pool, just right next door!! The vaulted living room ceilings and the extended height ceiling in the rest of the home, make this incredible vacation retreat feel even larger than the home already is! The fully equipped kitchen on the main level features a double oven, tons of counter space, and anything else needed for the chefs of the group!! Nearly all bedrooms have an attached bathroom, so no overcrowding when getting ready for your Branson adventures! The downstairs game/living area features tons of board games, a dart board, and a pool table for indoor entertainment. If a large home that sleeps up to 30 people, in a perfect location to access all things Branson, and excellent neighborhood amenities is what you have in mind; then we would love to have you as our guests and experience this extraordinary getaway lodge!

KITCHEN:
Main level and lower level kitchen areas: multiple coffee pots (grounds provided) and K-cup makers, all utensils, dishes, pots, pans, and everything you need for the largest of meals, additional electric items such as crock-pot, blenders, and other misc. items.
DINING AREAS:
Plenty of seating for your large group, Highchair, and booster seats.
LIVING AREAS:
Quality and comfortable seating throws for keeping warm on cooler nights, gas fireplace, and a large TV w/great sound for movie night.
BEDROOMS:
All bedrooms have premium bedding and linens, lighting by each bed, USB Ports for charging, plenty of outlet plug-ins by each bedside, Additional blankets and pillows, and there is a smart TV in each room.
BATHROOMS:
Plenty of quality fresh towels, hand towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make-up wipes, hand mirrors, facial tissue, toilet paper, and hair dryers in all bathrooms. All products are low fragrance and skin sensitive products.
LAUNDRY:
There are two laundry rooms and plenty of space if needed providing laundry soap, bleach, dryer sheets, and multiple ironing boards/irons.
ADDITIONAL INCLUSIONS:
2 portable cribs, extra quality linens and towels, plenty of parking, all TVs are smart/streaming TVs, high speed WIFI, baby safety gate, yard games, Additional queen air beds/bedding upon request, and TONS OF FUN!!

Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pools to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.
*Indoor pool is open year-round, Outdoor pool is seasonal. Pool areas are open 9am-9pm.

- After booking you have until 30 days before your check-in date to cancel with just a 5% cancelation fee.

We highly recommend this home. The kitchen is large and has more amenities than expected. Very comfortable spaces, indoor and outdoor. Even though this is a housing community, it was very quiet and the view was lovely. Our entire family of 26 were very happy here together. Close enough to easily get to all the sights and activities.
This place was amazing! We had had a large group and it was enough space for everyone. The area was peaceful. The house was clean and the host was very friendly and responsive. We wasn’t far from all the activities we had planned. I have already recommended them to many people.

We had an amazing Family Reunion!! The house was so well stocked with towels and supplies. The rooms were spacious. The location was great for lake & beach access. Easy to travel to Branson as well. Wish we had planned a longer stay. Thanks for everything!

A very nice place to stay. The location was great. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, towels, etc. Well supplied. Everyone enjoyed the pool which was close by. We would definitely stay here again.

So this rental fell short , great layout nice bedding . Owner responded well. Needed to be cleaner the big problem we had was the pool was so cold I mean cold kids could not swim at all . Reached out problem never got fixed . We rented it due to the heated indoor pool.

Amazing family-friendly house and location! The host has thought of everything of pool towels to coffee filters. Kids will enjoy the indoor pool located right behind the house and all of the fun games. Highly recommend!
