Perfectly light and bright!! Let the colors of this fabulous property entice your senses! Walk right in to the "LemonDrop"! This main level condo has all the features for an amazing stay! Comfy furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, sleeps up to 10 (with queen airbed upon request), and is located in one of the best locations to access the Branson Strip, Table Rock Lake or Silver Dollar City! 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 1200 square feet of FUN and vacation relaxation!! There isn't any sour to this "LemonDrop", because this place is SWEET!!
INCLUSIONS and FEATURES:
Soft seating, updated furniture, smart TVs for streaming, high speed WIFI, and cable TV.
Fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals, paper towels, kitchen towels, Crockpot, blender, toaster, 12 cup coffee maker (grounds/filters provided), salt/pepper, casserole dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheets, etc...
Bathrooms include Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make-up wipes, hair dryers, quality towels, hand towels, washcloths, hand soap, toilet paper, bathmat, and both bathrooms are tub/shower combinations.
Bedrooms have streaming TVs w/cable in 2 bedrooms, upgraded mattress, quality bedding, outlets for phone charging, reading lamps, clothes hangers, and a luggage rack.
**Recently installed Air purification system for your health and safety.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
This property has 1 king (sleeps 2), 1 queen (sleeps 2), 1 full/full bunk bed (sleeps 4), and a queen air bed and bedding upon request.
NEIGHBORHOOD FEATURES:
Outdoor seasonal pool with seating and shallow end, parking directly in front of the condo is first come first serve but plenty of parking is available, and BBQ grills are located at the end of the road.
LOCATION:
1.5 miles from the Branson Strip, 2 miles from Table Rock Lake and Moonshine Beach, 4.5 Miles from Silver Dollar City, and located on a by-pass road to avoid the heavy traffic in Branson. Our past guest's most common feedback is "What a great location" this is!!!

*This property is located on the main level and doesn't have any stairs to get in the property or in the condo itself. We consider this property wheelchair accessible. However, we do not represent it's ADA compliant.
*Minimum booking age is 21.
*The seasonal outdoor pool at this location is maintained by The Vinyards Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly and diligently to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your reservation in the first 24 hours of booking and receive 100% refund.
- After booking you have until 30 days before your check-in date to cancel with just a 5% cancelation fee.
- There are no refunds inside midnight on the 30th day. We recommend purchasing travel insurance, which we provide a link to after booking.
Deposit Policy
We charge a 30% deposit at the time of booking. All cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee, and there are no refunds for reservations within 30 days of arrival.

It's nestled in a fairly scenic area on the hills and is very close to Silver Dollar City theme park and branson theater district. Parking is abundant. The home itself was very clean and had a good amount of space for the value. All in all, I would book here again!

It was a nice stay and definitely convenient to the Branson Strip! Didn’t have to travel far to and from events and stores!
Good for the price. Looks exactly like the pictures. The beds are not the comfiest, but they were fine. The towels did have some hair and whatnot on them when we first arrived, but we washed them and they were fine. The people above us were incredibly loud all throughout our stay. I’m not sure if they were other guests or they just lived there, but we ask them to be quiet and they did. The pull chain/switch on one of the fans randomly fell on our bed in the middle of the night as well. Despite these inconveniences, it was a good place to stay.
Great place to stay close to all the fun in Branson. Very clean and homey.

The place was clean and a good value. The pull out sofa is quite uncomfortable, so don’t plan on that, but they were able to get us an air mattress the next day.

Small problem with the water heater when we arrived, one call and a hour later all was sorted no fuss about it. Great location to be able to get into Branson without dealing with 76 traffic would stay there again.
Freedom Vacation Rentals was very easy to work with. Gave clear instructions for check in and out and was exactly as described and looked like the pictures.
Check in and out was very easy. Place was clean with plenty of space for the little ones to spread out. Only negative is that the Neighbors upstairs were heavy stompers/walkers and had a very loud argument at 10:30pm the first night of check in.
Place was perfect for 4 kids and 2 adults going to SDC. Very short and outside Branson traffic headaches.
Great place to stay, super cozy and the host was a text a away if you needed anything! Located approximately 15-20 min from the Branson strip and east to find! Great for kids and the pool is toddler friendly! Would definitely stay here again!

This place was great It was my first time using Freedom Vacation Rentals. It was clean, and needed the basic utensils to cook if we wanted too. I had a 2 month old and this was our first time staying somewhere new. We had coffee every morning, and watched a movie before bed. They have basic toiletries if you needed them too. Some things I would definitely consider before renting is that this will be on the bottom floor and someone will most likely be renting above you. It felt like someone was having a sandbag race above us, it was very loud and annoying. Also, the walls are thin and you can hear a family member snoring from there room. Last but not least, I would bring a box fan just in case you get the middle room because there’s no ceiling fan in one of the rooms and you could open the window but there’s a wall right outside so you won’t get much of a breeze. Other than that it was a great stay and will probably rent again when my daughter is a bit older.

Pool was really small for the amount of condos there was. My kids were unable to enjoy the pool due to it being so packed every night.
The location is perfect! We had a wonderful time. It could be a little bit cleaner and some basic stocked items such as oil, foil, paper, pens, batteries ect. Also, i believe there is supposed to be make-up wipes but there weren't any. The pool area has no lounge chairs and the water was pretty dirty. All in all I would recommend it based on nice decor and location.
We had a great stay! It was just what we needed it to be!! The kids had a blast and we were able to stay comfortable!! Loved how close it was to all of our scheduled plans we had while we were in Branson! The pool was an added bonus that the kids loved after a long day of activities!

We loved our stay at this condo. It was well decorated, VERY clean, really spacious, and comfortable. It was within 5 or 10 minutes of all the attractions we visited in Branson.
The host was very quick to respond if we had any questions or issues. We will definitely stay again sometime in the future!
