Libby’s Perch @ The Cove on Indian Point

This place was an amazing value. It was very well stocked, close to Silver Dollar City, right by walking trails that lead to the lake, and has a beautiful view of the Ozarks. We were even provided with a pack n play and high chair last minute.

The hosts provided an accurate description in the listing. We could hear a lot of movement from upstairs. Sound machines and ear plugs were provided and mostly did the trick. It was an adjustment getting the babies to sleep the first night but we made it work.

My only real issue was we could not access the WiFi and it took a couple days of correspondence to get it fixed. The hosts were very kind, just slow to respond at times.

Overall though, it was a really nice space for a weekend getaway!

Fantastic place to stay and so close to Branson but away from the hustle and bustle. The wifi didn't work when we were there, an immediate response was given and it didn't bother us, there was enough cable channels to keep us entertained on the few hours of a rainy day that we stayed in on. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was just as described and very comfortable. We loved the walking trail to the lake and also the basketball court that was next to the building. Hope to be able to come back there again next year.

They were LIFE-SAVERS! We rented with Freedom for our son and daughter-in-love’s honeymoon. We first had a property in Kimberling City and due to a winter storm the entire resort’s pipes froze. But, they quickly answered our messages and moved them to a different location. Then, the winter storm made it impossible for them to get out of the new complex. No fault of anyone, its Mother Nature, but Freedom went above and beyond, was so quick to respond and again, accommodating so that they could stay well past check out to wait for a tow truck to arrive. All of the negatives were out of their control, but they helped so much in making sure they were taken care of. Cannot say enough great things!! We will always look for their properties now when we travel to the Branson area because of their great service 🙂 THANK YOU!

The location was great as this was a trip to Silver Dollar City and it was right behind the park. The condo was set up cute and very compfortable. We did have some hiccups. There were two coffee pots, a regular one and a keurig pot. Neither of them worked. I had to make hot chocolate instead. There was supposed to be a sound machine in the condo, there was none. The dishwasher needs to be replaced as it was full of hard water build up. We could not get the tv in the main bedroom to work at all. The tv in the living room worked but it took us a while to figure it out. I would recommend better instructions on how it works.

There is a game room somewhere on the premisses. There is rules listed in the book but there was no information on where it was located.

A bit of a clean freak in that I bring shower sandals and my own pillow, but always felt this place was very clean! The only downside is how loud the front bedroom is when there is someone staying on the upper floor (just simply walking upstairs is exorbitantly loud) - which is completely out of the control of the host. To mediate the loudness, the host provides ear plugs and a sound machine (above and beyond). Overall, excellent place, location, and host.

We loved our stay and our pets felt right at home during our stay as well!

What can I say, it was even better than described. Stocked with ground coffee and and plenty of Kreurig refills. Silver Dollar City is about a 5 minute drive which was great for us. The complex had plenty of parking in front of the unit. The unit is nicely updated, all appliances looked new. The large deck faces the woods out back. We had a minor issue with the WiFi which was quickly resolved with a call to the host.

Was a great experience

This was a great location and home away from home for my family of 6 on a recent girls trip. While you can't walk to any Branson attractions, you can walk down to a beautiful point on the lake and back in 1/3 mile or take a quick drive into town. We loved the back deck and zero gravity chairs as well as the big kitchen table. Neighbors were loud at times but sound machines and earplugs were provided. The kitchen had most things that we needed and the bathrooms were fantastic. Would stay here again, however I would hope that they would add TV antennas and/or a radio. Apparently there was an issue with internet for the entirety of our stay, so we didn't have any kind of streaming or broadcast TV or internet (or cell phone service for part of our party). We had severe weather one night and no way to see what was going on.

The only thing I would recommend is that it would be nice if the bedrooms had a place to lay out your suitcase. Kind of had to keep them on the floor. We had a great time the place was very clean and very well stocked with all that we needed.

Wonderful place! The building is located close to the pool, which was great for our family. The condo is spacious and had everything we needed, and the grounds are well kept. Touristy parts of Branson was an easy 10-15 minute drive. We had a blast in Branson!!

Everything was exactly as shown on the listing and the location was safe, clean, and quiet. We had a small issue with the thermostat when we first arrived and we weren’t sure if we just didn’t know how to work it or if there was something not working. I messaged them and received a very fast response. They sent someone over immediately while we went out to grab some dinner and by the time we got back everything was working perfectly and the room was nice and warm for us! Super easy check in and check out. Rooms were clean and well stocked. We had a great time and would stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful time!

This is our 2nd time staying there this summer. Both times we enjoyed our stay, the communication was great, the location was perfect for getting to SDC

Great Place, Great Price, Dog Friendly, Great Location. The only thing that we didnt care for were the beds were very hard and there was no TV in the second bedroom. everything else was amazing. we would stay there again for sure.

Libby's Perch was the perfect relaxing place to stay for our vacation. The pool was convenient and the trails were nice. We loved the big deck. We had a couple questions and the owner responded right away. It's a cute cozy place to stay.

Clean place, great amenities and everything you need to have a good stay. Five minute walk to a scenic point on Table Rock Lake.

Our stay was nice and convenient to Branson attractions. The condo was very clean, updated, stocked with all necessities and had a lovely deck. The only downfall was that both shower tubs drained very slowly or not at all. You can tell that the owners of this rental put thought into customers’ needs and comfort, that was appreciated.

The condo was just as described. Had k cups for us which was a nice bonus! so close to Silver Dollar City.

The condo was very clean and is as close as you can get to Silver Dollar City and just minutes from all that Branson has to offer.
There’s no stairs and that is a major plus. The balcony is a nice place to get some fresh air.
Cons
The beds are very firm to the point of being to hard to sleep. The condo can be really noisy if the tenants above you move around a lot. The owners do provide ear plugs and a noise machine but we prefer a quieter stay.

The condo is great!!! Very well equipped with everything you will need, easy check in/check out, and great hosts. Five out five stars!!!

Wonderful place to stay! Beautiful condo and is very clean. The location is absolutely beautiful and close to all of that Branson has to offer. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Libby’s perch! The condo was clean and the updates that have been done are wonderful. I want those cabinets and countertop in my house! The condo is very charming with lots of personal touches that really made us feel welcome and at home. The location is so close to SDC that we can see wildfire from the parking lot, which was a huge plus for us. The specific condo was at the end of the lot, so it was nice to have a little private space to walk our pooch. Thanks so much for a great trip!

Really great condo. Super clean and updated. Perfect location. Some great local restaurants not far from condo. Lake access is walking distance. Fully equipped with most everything including shampoo and conditioner hand soap plenty of towels. Very impressed with the quality. Highly recommend this condo.

Very clean, very convenient, very responsive, and very good amenities. It is a very cute condo that is well-stocked with items to make the stay more comfortable. My only gripe is that the pet fee was not communicated as clearly as it could have been. The week before the stay I got the email about the $50 pet fee. I called the number as requested and was informed it was actually $50 per pet. Had I known that when booking, I may have looked elsewhere. Upon arrival, the place is very clean but the sofas were covered in previous dog guests' hair. I called in about it, and they sent someone out the next day to vacuum the sofas, which helped. They were very responsive and helpful.

Our family enjoyed our stay here with Freedom Vacation Rentals & would stay again. If you’re boat is at Indian Point, this is the place…clean & had everything we needed. WiFi is spotty at times, but that’s normal for most of Branson.

Great spot to be, some nice quick trails down to the lake. The condo itself was very clean and up to date, one of the nicest I’ve been in so far!

This property couldn’t have had a better location. It’s right by the pool, basketball ball court, path to the lake, and the trash bins. Inside, you’ll find a modern design that’s tastefully decorated with most all the essentials you’ll need throughout your stay. There is a massive deck at this middle level condo that has plenty of room to extend the living space. We would return without hesitation.

Very pretty location. We had notified them that we would be bringing 2 dogs and when we arrived, there was a box of dog treats, a leash, bags to collect their waste and dog bowls. The condo was well stocked and clean. We really enjoyed our visit.
