Rental Property Description
10 bedrooms, 9 bath – Large multi-level home full of fun and enjoyment! This fabulous vacation retreat can sleep up to 30 people in 8 bedrooms with attached bathrooms and two very cool bunk rooms with dedicated bathroom!
The lower level features a game room with pool table, dart board, corn hole, washers, outdoor Jenga, connect four and plenty of board games! There’s an additional bar/kitchen area in the basement with a full-size refrigerator as well!
The huge, covered balcony is a perfect place to relax, BBQ, congregate for social time and enjoy the fresh air of the Ozarks! The lower patio is large and opens up to a nice backyard for yard games and a place for kids to get the energy out! The fire pit is located on this level and there’s enough room for everyone to get in on the roasted marshmallows and smores!!
While you are at this fabulous place, you will have full access all the neighborhood amenities including the outdoor pool, playground, nature trail to the lake and indoor pool and splash pad!!
Although Branson and all the attractions are spread out, in choosing this one-in-a-kind getaway, you will be in a central location that is just minutes away from Table Rock Lake, Lake Taneycomo, all the shows and family entertainment on the strip as well as downtown and The Branson Landing. If you are looking to rent a boat, slip or jet skis, Chateau Marina and Table Rock Lake Marina are just down the road! The location is excellent for accessing everything Branson!!

*Private hot tub maintained by Freedom Vacation Rentals is open year-round. Communal pool areas are maintained by the Chateau Cove HOA. We reserve the right to temporarily close the hot tub and pool areas for routine maintenance at any time, if necessary, but we assure you that our maintenance teams will work quickly and diligently to have the area ready for guest use as quickly as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.
**Indoor pool open year-round, outdoor pool is seasonal. All Pool areas are open 9am-9pm.

Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your reservation in the first 24 hours of booking and receive 100% refund.
- After booking you have until 30 days before your check-in date to cancel with just a 5% cancelation fee.
- There are no refunds inside midnight on the 30th day. We recommend purchasing travel insurance, which we provide a link to after booking.
Deposit Policy
We charge a 30% deposit at the time of booking. All cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee, and there are no refunds for reservations within 30 days of arrival.

My family and I loved this beautiful home ! We intended to stay only 2 days but extended it to 3 and I am so glad we did. It was in a wonderful area and it was peaceful. The house was clean and smelled fresh. It was well stocked and they threw a couple extra things in there like makeup wipes, detergent, cotton balls and ear swabs. The little stuff counts ! We had our own jacuzzi, fire pit, and there were two different pools we could go to. Even more, the workers were friendly they helped us take the trash out as we were leaving. Thank you for such a great experience. && best of all I’m engaged now !!

I paid a lot of money of this place but it was worth it. My husband died nine weeks before our scheduled visit and I considered cancelling, but I'm so glad I didn't! It was the best place we had ever stayed in Branson. The owners were so responsive and the house was first class. We stayed five nights and had a great time! Thank you!
We loved our stay. Our entire family (33 guests) fit just fine! It was comfortable and felt like a home instead of an empty place. We enjoyed the fact that we could all be together but could still be spread out. We had teens hanging by the fire pit while the younger kids played pool, or swam in the pool, and adults could be in the hot tub or playing games. It was a wonderful week!

The house was really nice and our family enjoyed our time there. The only complaint was about the speed of the WiFi but otherwise everything was great. The house was well stocked with everything we needed.
Great value if you have a large group - two ovens, dishwashers & fridges in main kitchen. House was pristine. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Checking and checkout super easy. Lots of space for people/groups to sprawl out. Pool table and games were nice as were large TVs in all rooms with streaming services. About 10 minutes from the strip on typical windy Brandon roads, but easy to get around!
HINT: There are 2-3 Wi-Fi networks to choose from all with same password - I believe I had to use the "3rd" suffixed one to get full Internet speeds (200-300Mbps, the others were super slow). Wi-Fi password has upper and lower case letters (see house book vs the one in letters under the TV that's all caps). 🙂

This house was the perfect place for our large family to meet for an extended weekend. The house was exactly as described and met all of our expectations. The indoor and outdoor pools were great for the kids and the house also had tons of games to keep the kids occupied. Freedoms vacation rentals was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We will be back!
