The "Overlook @ Eagles Nest was specifically set up for your enjoyment! The owners of this fabulous condo have thought of everything that will make your stay relaxing and fun. Located across from the pool/hot tub and right next to the basketball and shuffleboard court you will find this light and bright 2 bedroom 2 bath beauty. From the parking lot in front of the building, there is a ramp leading to the condo and does NOT require climbing any stairs. From the granite countertops in the fully equipped kitchen and baths to the stylish and comfortable living room and decor, you will love your choice in the Overlook @ Eagles Nest. Make sure to spend some time on the huge deck with your morning coffee or afternoon beverage. Whether you're jumping over to Silver Dollar City (VERY CLOSE), spending some time doing the things Branson has to offer or heading out to the lakes, you'll be close to it all! We invite you to spend your time in this fantastic condo...you will not be disappointed

-After booking you have until 30 days before your check-in date to cancel and receive a full refund
-There are no refunds inside midnight on the 30th day.

If you’re looking for a quiet retreat near some of the best attractions in the Ozarks then look no further! I brought my family (my elderly parents, my brother and his GF and myself) out for a short 3night stay. Our goal was to spend a day at SDC and then spend a day shopping the outlets. We were able to do both and so much more thanks to this amazing condo. It provided us a comfortable launching point for each day and a wonderful homey atmosphere in the evenings. The hosts were great and provide guests with clear instructions your stay and tips for the are local area. We checked out a few restaurants and a winery listed in the booklet. It really made our trip special. I can’t wait to come back with friends soon!

We came for an Easter getaway and college visit. This place was amazing: so close to the water, ginormous balcony with multiple seating areas, tidy and spacious living and sleeping areas. The wildlife was close and beautiful. Our family had such a great time unplugging and enjoying time together. Lake views in fall, winter, and spring for sure!

This is a very nice and clean space. It close to the lake, has amazing view. It is very quite and our kids and I loved it, it also has things you need like towels dishes shampoo and body wash, there were even make up removeal wipes! If you are looking for a nice place to stay for you and your family this is a must!!!!!

property is accurately depicted in pictures & description. most convenient location if you are planning to go to silver dollar city. nestled in the woods right down the road, but still close to the strip. a great path down to the water makes for a scenic, free activity. spacious deck with a beautiful view overlooking the water. great place for what we needed!

The host really cares about you enjoying your stay and being comfortable in their locations. We arrived after a snow storm and the location we had chosen suffered frozen pipes and the host offered us another condo for which we are so appreciative! Condo was clean and comfortable and had all that we needed.
