The Sooner Settle Lodge is so impressive from the second you walk through the doors. The tall wood lined vaulted ceilings, wood trim and open floor plan set the stage from what will be an exciting time. The fully stocked kitchen, open to the living room, will have the whole group engaged in the action. After a fulfilled day exploring all Branson has to offer, you'll love relaxing in the well decorated living area with soft furnishing watching a movie on the large living room TV. When it's time to retreat, the bedrooms leave nothing to be desired. All four bedrooms have quality king size beds with relaxing furnishings. Here is the best part.... all four bathrooms have luxurious jetted tubs as well! The bathrooms are large and extremely functional with standing showers. When it comes to relaxing and fun, The Sooner Settle Lodge has it all covered. Make sure to spend time on the front porch getting in some Ozark air and the large back porch, with seating and dining table, looking over the lake view to the southwest. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
All 4 bedrooms have king size beds, one of the bedrooms has an additional twin over twin bunk in it.
All bedrooms have bedside lighting, quality bedding and linens as well as TV's.
Additional sleeping upon request include - Queen size Air bed - Pak-N-Play (Make sure to bring Pak-n-play bedding)

KITCHEN - Kitchen is fully equipped for the cook in the group including: 12 cup coffee maker (Coffee grounds, filters provided) - Dish soap - Dishwasher pods - Trash liners - hot pads - everything needed - If we don't have it, I would be surprised!
BATHROOMS: Shampoo - Conditioner - Body wash - Make-up Wipes - Hand soap - Quality towels, hand towels, wash cloths - Hair dryer - bath matts

*The minimum booking age is 21.
*The seasonal outdoor pools at this location are maintained by the StoneBridge Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the areas for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pools to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.

***Stonebridge Village will require a $5 dollar parking fee, per car, per night, due at the time of arrival at the StoneBridge Welcome Center.***

Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your reservation in the first 24 hours of booking and receive 100% refund.
- After booking you have until 30 days before your check-in date to cancel with just a 5% cancelation fee.
- There are no refunds inside midnight on the 30th day. We recommend purchasing travel insurance, which we provide a link to after booking.
Deposit Policy
We charge a 30% deposit at the time of booking. All cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee, and there are no refunds for reservations within 30 days of arrival.

It was a pleasure renting from Freedom. They made the experience pleasurable. The only negatives were the toilet seats in all of the bathrooms. They seemed to be cheap and not fit the toilets correctly. Also, when my wife used the jacuzzi tub some kind of debris came out of the jets.
Other than those two things, everything else was superb. They actively communicated with me even on Christmas. Overall a great stay.

Very nice house and amenities were as described. One bathroom was a "common" bathroom with entry from both the dining area and one of the bedrooms which we did not know beforehand. House was clean and bathrooms with jetted tubs was a nice bonus. The only problem we encountered was getting into the house initially but the host was responsive and we got in within a few minutes. Otherwise this was a great house for a large family to stay in and we made use of the kitchen and cooked breakfast using the provided cookware/utensils. Also very scenic if a bit hard to reach what with it being a gated community with a lot of winding roads. Overall a very nice experience!
The cabin was wonderful for our family. It let everyone have their own space while still allowing us the gather together. There was no noise it was peaceful and restful. Perfect stay.

The staff went above and beyond. Was unable to get up the hill to the house due to ice and snow, the staff worked to find a solution. They called the guard shack & one was going to come get us and drive us up the hill to the house.
This 4 bed/4 bath cabin was perfect for our family vacation with 4 couples and an infant. Spacious rooms with a cozy living room and well stocked kitchen...all the tools we needed to cook and feel at home. Much better experience, and much better price, than 4 hotel rooms would have been.
This property was beautiful, well stocked and very clean. The lodge was very spacious, beds were comfortable and the location was only two miles from Silver Dollar City. The most in the trees after it rained was magical with deer, rabbits and squirrels everywhere. Thanks for a wonderful vacation stay for two adults and five teens. We will definitely be back!
We had a family reunion and it was a blast! The Ozark Mountains are stunningly beautiful! Lodge and accommodations were very nice. Lodge was well cleaned and taken care of, and hosts were quick and responsive with anything we needed. The pool and amenities were ok. They're a nice side feature, but don't go to the resort for those amenities. Also, double check weather and the time of year you're going to Branson. It is extremely hot and humid. We stayed inside most of the time as the heat was just too intense.

Beautiful home in an awesome location. Lots of room for large family gathering. The home is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was an awesome place for our family to come together and celebrate Christmas and New Years.
Beautiful property and great location for Silver Dollar City!
Thank you for sharing this wonderful property! This beautiful space was super close to Silver Dollar City. We ordered pizza to go from Ozark Mountain Pizza, just minutes from the home. We had everything we needed from the moment we arrived. The 4 large bedrooms along with 4 large individual bathrooms made the space perfect for our group. We will certainly book again in the future!

We loved our stay! The house was very well stocked, clean and as described online. We left some valuables by accident and the company promptly notified us. I appreciate their integrity and attentiveness. My only reason for the 4 star on check-in rather than a 5 was the amenity voucher wasn’t included in the email, however, once I called they swiftly emailed it so I could complete my check-in process. Definitely would stay here again!
The was the perfect holiday house for our family! Four master bedrooms with king sized beds made for a no fuss-no fight weekend! The location was perfect— close to Silver Dollar City, and less than 10 minutes to Walmart, McDonalds, etc. in Branson West.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at the Sooner Settle Lodge! It was the perfect place for us all to get together with our kids and just enjoy each other's company for the weekend. The easily accessible pool and playground and beautiful walking trails offered enough entertainment that we did not even leave the surrounding area! We would highly recommend and will be staying here again in the future!

This is a very nice house in a wonderful location. It had plenty of room for 8 of us (4 adults and 4 children). We have rented several house over the years and this is the first one that provided more than just starter necessities. We will definitely look into renting this house again if it is available when we are back in the area.
Outstanding cabin for our family. Five of us were very comfortable in the house. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were large and the kitchen is well stocked - they really do have everything! The host communicated well and took care of any minor issues quickly, including compensating us for something that wasn’t even their fault. We look forward to staying again in the near future!
