Nice cozy stay. Everything we needed. Beutiful views. Comfortable bed. Will stay again.

The area was really peaceful and quiet, the husband and I needed a weekend to relax and rejuvenate.

We love this place!

Our main complaint is that this place wasn't very clean. The carpets need to be replaced.

This was an amazing rental, we had a great time in Branson. It was our first time in Missouri and we couldn’t have had a better experience.
Our two teens enjoyed the pools, the long walks with our dog, and we all enjoyed all the nature that surrounds the property. Also, among all things Branson has to offer, we specially loved Sight and Sound Theater, The Track and Promised Land Zoo.
Everyone in the property was extremely friendly and helpful, and the people from Freedom Vacation Rentals were awesome with communication and very helpful as well.
We would definitely recommend and consider coming back!

Great location! The pool and gym were nearby and wonderful to use.

No stairs, great location, and everything you need nearby. We met folks who own property there and they all loved it. Very handy to have swimming pools, workout room, and a bar and grill all right there on property. Plus, we were able to bring our dog and cat and not board them. Really a nice place to stay.

The view this space has is absolutely beautiful! We hit some unexpected winter weather with snow/hazardous conditions, but the maintenance team in this complex were constantly shoveling snow/salting roads and sidewalks, which made it easy to get out and do our activities. The condo was clean and cozy…exactly what was needed for the weather. We will stay again!

This is the second time we have stayed here. We love it. Close to everything. Nice pool and hot tub.

Nice place on the par 3 17th hole. The view is a little blocked of the green but still fun to watch the hole. Nice accommodations, extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very firm . We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again.

This golfing community is quite vintage in appearance, but when you get inside you will find an air fryer, a smart tv, and modern comforts including one of the comfiest beds i’ve slept in. The response time from this LLC is not very fast, but you will get a response that isn’t automated within a few hours. Check-in time was very flexible considering my party was three New Orleans residents and two cats evacuating from Hurricane Ida. We arrived around 3am with no issues or delay to check in because there is 24/7 security. Make sure to bring your own toiletries, toilet paper (and spices if you intend to cook) because the quality of provided paper/bath products was not the best. Overall, this place gave us zero stress and if you’re coming to Branson for the attractions, nothing is more than 20 minutes away. (And if you want to buy liquor don’t go to the convenience store down the street, make the drive to the Walmart, Price Chopper, or any liquor store bc that Pantry place [you’ll see the gas station] price gouges like crazy lol.)

We couldn't check in on time because they were doing work on the unit. We had a dog accident on some sheets that were used, on the floor, and needed to be washed. So then they blamed us for the staining that was on the carpet when we arrived. There are reviews from earlier this year noting carpet staining and the carpet is super old. We couldn't put things is the wash because there was no detergent and the unit was not well stocked as described. The air conditioner was not cool enough and there were other things broken or missing. The location and resort are great.

Needs updated a bit, but clean, cozy, safe, and close to everything! Would stay again!

the stay was very comfy, people you deal with at the gate and grounds are very friendly and helpful. your just minutes away from all the shows and main attractions.

We recently stayed at this unit and cannot give it a positive review. It was unclean with a large clump of hair left over the bathtub drain and used dental floss picks left on the top of the shower rim. There were several large stains on the carpet, and the unit overall is in need of a total remodel with torn wall paper and outdated appliances. Location was good, as well as check in. Response with owners was prompt. We are sorry to say we won't stay at this unit again.

Great value for the price in a good location. It has some really nice amenities as well. Also the kitchen was stocked with some good kitchen equipment.

Unfortunately I do not want to write this review as we were really hoping to have this as an annual booking based upon amenities/location/etc.

Overall process of booking and getting additional information was super easy. Lots of photos in listing and everything was good.

However when we got to the location and opened the door, the musty/moldy smell overtook the entire unit. The windows on the unit didn’t stay open (ended up propping them open) and the patio screen had a huge hole in it (so didn’t want to chance the animals sneaking in) so unfortunately harder to get a good airflow through the unit.

After a target run to get some odor removers, we were hopeful to be able to come back in the evening (after a planned show) and have less concern with the smell.

Unfortunately not much luck as it was still quite bad after all of those attempts. After continuing to look for the cause it was found that there was standing water in the washing machine - looked like might have been there for some time (yuk!) ... there was now concern for how actually clean our towels/sheets/blankets were as request was to place those items in the washing machine upon our departure (i.e. did the previous person do that?)

Overall I would stay at this resort again (Point Royale) but NOT this unit. The resort had a big indoor pool (great!), exercise facility, gated community, etc.

Love that I could bring my dogs! Everyone is incredibly nice and we had a great time! Thank you!!

This condo is just the right size for a couple - very comfortable, quiet and close to the pool. We enjoyed watching the ducks swimming in the pond out the window. Well kept grounds in the development. It was a great value.
