Everything you need for a great stay in Branson can be found right here in the Western Comfort condo! We've done everything we can do to try and make this a perfect place to dismount and kick your boots off. This ain't some dried up watering hole... everything in this place is new! From the beds you sleep in, to the dishes you eat off, we set this one up for you! Yep, you'll even get a toothpick with that! (**book it's neighboring condo "Glam R Us Place" to sleep an added 8 people**)!!

LOCATION
Great location to bypass all the Branson traffic and get anywhere in minutes. The property is 5 minutes to the Branson Strip, 15 minutes to Silver Dollar City, 5 minutes to Table Rock Lake, 15 minutes to historic downtown Branson and the Branson Landing, also located on the South side of the Branson Strip so easy access to Dogwood Canyon, and Boat launches. Can't say enough about the location!!
STOCKED ITEMS
All of our properties are stocked with a starter kit for toiletries and kitchen supplies. We aim to meet the essentials for your stay, but anything beyond what is listed below (or if you plan to have a large group/long stay) you will need to provide for your stay.
Kitchen: Coffee, Sugar, Coffee Filters, Salt and Pepper, Potholders, Dish soap, Dishwasher pods, Hand Soap, Kitchen Hand towels and dishcloths, Paper towels, Trash Bags
Toiletries: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Hand Soap, Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash bags, Make up wipes, Deodorizer spray, Tissue.
All linens will be provided as well as laundry detergent.

*This property is located on the upper level. One flight of stairs is required.
*Minimum booking age is 21.
*The seasonal outdoor pool at this location is maintained by The Vinyards Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly and diligently to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your reservation in the first 24 hours of booking and receive 100% refund.
- After booking you have until 30 days before your check-in date to cancel with just a 5% cancelation fee.
- There are no refunds inside midnight on the 30th day. We recommend purchasing travel insurance, which we provide a link to after booking.
Deposit Policy
We charge a 30% deposit at the time of booking. All cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee, and there are no refunds for reservations within 30 days of arrival.

We had a great experience and a wonderful time here! Check in was easy it slept all 9 of us comfortably and was within minutes of everywhere we wanted to go.
Clean and comfortable, close to silver dollar city andother things. But not much big city driving we had to do which was nice.

Minutes from SDC and strip. We did not stay at the house much as we were out and about. The convenience of the location was great.

It was clean except the dishes did have stains on them but everything else was clean.
It would have been worth the stay but there wasn’t very much hot water. We had 8 people and when one person took a shower before you could get out the water already had turned cold. Also the tub would stomp up and hold water while you got your shower. Not good! There were no coffee filters in kitchen at all. Also the carpet in bedrooms didn’t seem like they had been vacuumed well. Being charged a $130 cleaning fee, you’d have thought that wouldn’t have been the case.
This was exactly what we needed for our stay in Branson, clean, convenient, and homey at a great price. Highly recommend!

This is a great, clean, location for anywhere in Branson and the hosts reaponded quickly to queations and some needed supplies. It was nice to not be on the main strip but close enough to get everywhere we wanted to go.

Our stay was very good, everything in the condo was exactly like the pictures. It was nice and clean. The GPS took us straight to the condo, so no issues finding it. Only suggestion that I have is if you are wanting to sit out on the balcony you might want to take some chairs, just in case, the only one they had was wet due to rain.

This was a great condo! Very clean and comfortable and was surrounded by breathtaking views. Community was nice and quiet and within 10 minutes of the strip in Branson. Would highly recommend anyone staying there and we will consider it again on future trips. Thanks again for the hospitality!
