*If you’re a current guest, you can reach us 24/7, by giving us a call directly for help with urgent matters. Please do not respond to any of the automated texts for urgent matters- the return texts do not always make their way to us.

How much do I need to pay at the time of booking & how do I make the payment?

We collect a 30% refundable* deposit at the time of booking and your remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. These payments are processed on our end with the card you enter at the time of booking and we’ll send you over updated detailed invoices showing these transactions. If you need to update card info or would like to make early payments, you can do so by giving us a call directly.

*If you booked through Airbnb or Expedia, they will handle all of your billing.

*Deposit is only refundable when reservations are cancelled 30-days prior to the arrival date & are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

What is your cancellation Policy?

Reservations can be cancelled up until 30-days prior to the arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit (subject to a 5% cancellation fee). If booked inside 30-days, guests can cancel within the first 24 hours of booking. There are no refunds inside midnight of the 30th day.

What if something happens and I can’t make my reservation dates?

We understand life can be unpredictable & plans change or people get sick, we allow reservation dates to be changed penalty free, one time. Any increase in price is required to be paid. If these changes are made within our 30-day cancellation policy, please keep in mind you are still ineligible for any refunds should you need to cancel.

Are there any extra hidden fees?

No hidden fees! Each of our properties have a one-time fixed Cleaning Fee, the price of this fee varies for each rental. We also have a 3% Processing Fee on each reservation. Our pet friendly rentals require a one-time $75 Pet Fee, per pet. We do offer a discounted Pet Fee when booking direct with multiple pets, contact us for more info on this! All fees will be displayed in your total price breakdown prior to confirming your booking.

Do you allow pets?

Some of our Freedom Vacation Rentals properties do allow dogs, for a onetime fee of $75, per pet. We do offer a discounted Pet Fee when booking direct with multiple pets, contact us for more info on this! Any evidence of pets without permission is a $300* minimum charge. All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside, crating is not required but recommended, any damages caused by pets will be billed to your invoice.

*The Vineyards properties have a $1,000 minimum charge for pets without permission, this is per The Vineyards HOA.

What is your minimum booking age?

Guests must be 21 years of age to book with Freedom Vacation Rentals.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! We offer a 10% discount for our returning guests. Just follow Freedom Vacation Rentals on Facebook or Instagram, Like AND Share any post from our page, and give us a Facebook review. Once these steps are completed, send us a direct message or an email to receive your discount code!

When will I receive my check-in information?

Check-in information goes out in an automated email about 72 hours prior to your arrival date. This information will include your property address & a door code for you to let yourself into the unit, along with some other helpful information to make your arrival a breeze. Should you need your check-in instructions a little sooner due to your travel schedules, or simply need to update your contact info, you can give us a call anytime and our staff will be happy to assist you with this.

What if I left an item behind?

If you think you’ve left anything behind, reach out to us right away. Our housekeeping staff reports any left items they find during cleaning, and we’re happy to get those mailed back to you! You’ll need to give us a call directly to get a mailing address and card info set up on file. Once the item is mailed, and we receive the receipt from maintenance, your card will be processed for the total shipping costs and we’ll send over your invoice along with your USPS tracking code.

What is the early check-in & late check-out policy?

We pride ourselves in having well cleaned and stocked properties for each of our guests arrivals. To allow housekeeping staff enough time to make sure each unit is guest ready, we unfortunately cannot guarantee early check-in’s or late check-outs.
