In addition, guests have use of a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub, coin laundry, barbeque grills, picnic tables, and deck chairs.

Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your reservation in the first 24 hours of booking and receive 100% refund.
- After booking you have until 30 days before your check-in date to cancel with just a 5% cancelation fee.
- There are no refunds inside midnight on the 30th day. We recommend purchasing travel insurance, which we provide a link to after booking.
Deposit Policy
We charge a 30% deposit at the time of booking. All cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee, and there are no refunds for reservations within 30 days of arrival.

We had a wonderful time and the cabin was perfect for our family!
The view from the back porch is of a small marina, there is a pontoon boat available for rent by the day or half day that is easy to drive, includes a tube and a little training at the boat for local spots to enjoy on the lake. the pool and hot tub are top notch, everyone enjoyed a nice soak after being pulled all over the lake. Owner lives onsite at nearby property and is very accomodating. We had a member of our party that was disabled and he moved the boat around to make it easier for her to get onboard and took her up the hill in a golf cart. It's a simple property, nothing as fancy as the modern condos that are waaaaaay up on the hill, but if you enjoy the lake this is the property for you.
