Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your reservation in the first 24 hours of booking and receive 100% refund.
- After booking you have until 30 days before your check-in date to cancel with just a 5% cancelation fee.
- There are no refunds inside midnight on the 30th day. We recommend purchasing travel insurance, which we provide a link to after booking.
Deposit Policy
We charge a 30% deposit at the time of booking. All cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee, and there are no refunds for reservations within 30 days of arrival.

Overall well maintained. The space had everything necessary as listed. A little more variety of pots/pans and utensils would've been nice but the necessities were there. I also cooked nearly every meal and most people on vacation won't do that. I was disappointed that the hot tub wasn't remotely warm despite asking if it was in service. This is a sublevel unit and there was a fair amount of noise upstairs. Nothing too late or early but I went to bed late and woke early by habit. Enough parking to park my truck and boat trailer. The bed is comfortable, space well laid out, has all I needed for a weeks stay. guest laundry machines are clean and well maintained. The private boat ramp and dock stalls is nice although some stalls have power outlets and no power. I had minimal interaction with the host but when I did they were proactive, polite, and very quick to respond. I think I would've preferred a cabin but overall the cost to value was certainly worth it.
This is a great place to say. It was fairly basic, but that's exactly what we wanted. If you are looking for a simple place to stay at a great cost, I highly recommend. The host was very responsive. There was a hot tube, and at one point, the hot tube stopped working. We let the host know, and within minutes, they responded and fixed the problem.
