In addition, guests have use of a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub, coin laundry, barbeque grills, picnic tables, and deck chairs.

We also have many DVD movie choices in the office for your enjoyment!

Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your reservation in the first 24 hours of booking and receive 100% refund.
- After booking you have until 30 days before your check-in date to cancel with just a 5% cancelation fee.
- There are no refunds inside midnight on the 30th day. We recommend purchasing travel insurance, which we provide a link to after booking.
Deposit Policy
We charge a 30% deposit at the time of booking. All cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee, and there are no refunds for reservations within 30 days of arrival.

A great location if you like the peaceful out of the way areas, which we did! they had a hot tub and pool, the hot tub was heated, the pool was not. They allowed us to come early to drop off some bags. It was a really nice stay! The hosts were great
It is a good place to stay, just make sure that you check to see if all amenities are up and working if that’s what your booking for .

We absolutely loved our stay. We love to camp but I have some disabilities that don't allow us to very much. This was just what we needed with a great firepit, pool, boat dock fishing, and gorgeous views. We will be back.
