Kimberling City and Lighthouse Lodge is where it's all at for boating, fishing and all things lake related. Being only minutes away from Silver Dollar City and every bit of the Branson fun! At "Lakehouse @ Lighthouse Lodge" you're only 100 yards from the boat launch, the water, and a slip if you would like. Walk over to "what's up doc" for any last-minute supplies or boat rentals. It's just a quick jot over to the grocery store and shopping. You will have an adorable and remodeled cabin to spend your downtime in after all the activities of the day. This home features a fully equipped kitchen, with updated décor throughout the entire place, and plenty of room for the group to hang out. Step out on the front porch and take in the sounds of the lake or the crackling of the fire from the pit.
Kitchen includes: fully equipped with everything needed to whip up some hearty meals, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, stove, full size refrigerator, and everything needed to keep the cook on their game!
Bathroom includes: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make-up wipes, hair dryer, hand soap, soft towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
Living room: soft seating, large streaming T.V., updated décor, and plenty of room for the group.
Exterior includes: front patio area, outdoor seating, firepit, gas grill, and feel free to take in the beautiful views!

Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your reservation in the first 24 hours of booking and receive 100% refund.
- After booking you have until 30 days before your check-in date to cancel with just a 5% cancelation fee.
- There are no refunds inside midnight on the 30th day. We recommend purchasing travel insurance, which we provide a link to after booking.
Deposit Policy
We charge a 30% deposit at the time of booking. All cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee, and there are no refunds for reservations within 30 days of arrival.

We came here for a trip to Branson, it isn’t actually that great of a distance from all the main attractions, once you get to the strip is where the traffic builds up and the time to locations increases. We absolutely loved the location, we were able to walk right down to the lake. We did s’mores one night in the fire pit with our kids, which was such a nice ending to our trip. There are no washer and dryers, which is fine, it isn’t listed, but be aware if you are planing a longer stay. It is small but charming and was perfect for our family. Our kids were a little bummed they didn’t have a tv in their room and the WiFi was spotty at times due to the location but those were the only things. Everyone loved everything else.
We enjoyed our stay and found the property to be very quiet and peaceful very nice place to just relax but still close to a lot of stuff.

There were not enough towels for the length of stay. Said their was washer and dryer and wasn’t. The amenities for coffee basic supplies you get at hotel were scarce. Coffee maker was filthy. They called told us microwave was broke when we were pulling up. The lay out of the additional bed was bunk bed 8” from the ceiling with a vent right over the top making it almost unusable. There needs to be a warning for elderly that the way in is unleveled and unsafe for elderlnor handicapped. We had a time with mom elderly mom getting from parking to door. It would be great two people place but 4 would be a stretch! We want stay there again.
This place is small but very cute! The view from our place was beautiful but the only thing I didn’t like was that there’s a patio door in the kitchen that you can’t cover or close for privacy but there wasn’t an issue. My family & I had a very nice time. There was an electrical issue that was addressed immediately & even brought another microwave to make sure we had one available for use which was so nice & helpful. If in the area again I would definitely book with them again!
Everything was great. The only issue we had was with the WiFi not being on when we arrived, but got in touch with the property management and they were able to send someone out within an hour to alleviate the issue.
Freedom was great to work with - they were flexible when my plans changed and responsive when I had a question. Highly recommend these folks - good people.

We decided to do a little family getaway and this spot was the perfect little escape.The space was very clean and tidy, the host was very quick to respond when we needed to get in touch with them regarding an issue we had and it was fixed before we even got back !! I highly recommend booking a stay here !!

The property manager was very helpful and responsive for the items we needed during our stay. We appreciated that both bedrooms were en-suite. If you want to be in the heart of Kimberling City/Port of Kimberling, this is a good choice, it is right on the water.

Overall, a great place! Only gave them 4 stars for the lack of communication. I messaged when we arrived due to the WiFi not working and the remotes not working and didn’t receive a response until 24 hours later after I messaged them again.

Cabin #6 was a cozy place for the weekend with access to a beautiful patio, grill and fire pit.

Property was very well taken care of and clean. Lots of helpful extras in the kitchen, deck was amazing to relax on, and view was extremely relaxing. Property is definitely an enjoyment if you are looking for a peaceful place to get away.
One item tho, which I don't believe is the property owners fault but does need to be noted, is the community pool and hot tub condition. If you are needing use of a pool or hot tub this has not been maintained for some time. It was not swimmable nor could you have an afternoon near the pool or hot tub. Everything else was absolutely fantastic!

Wonderful location - great views and right next to the boat/swimming docks. The house is comfortable and the bunk beds could realistically hold 4 people. Close to boat rentals, good food, groceries, and not far from Branson. Great pool and hot tub available. Only downside is that the Wi-Fi was pretty much non-existent but our cell phones had service so we made it work. Everybody around was extremely nice. I would stay here again.

This little home was exactly what we were looking for! The phone number listed reached someone extremely quickly and they were amazing about handling anything that came up. The location can’t be beat. If you are looking for somewhere close to all the hustle and bustle but also off the beaten path- this is the one!

We had such a nice stay at the Lighthouse Lodge Resort. It felt like our home away from home. It was quiet, clean and modern. Being so close to the lake was sweet! The little town nearby had a great BBQ place with music and a nice grocery store all a 2 minute drive away. We will definitely be back !
We absolutely love the cozy and quiet space. Our kids didn’t have to share a bed like they would have had to at a hotel and my wife and I were able to enjoy our time together. There are many things to do at a fair distance away. We loved that we didn’t have the city knocking at the door but were close enough for the attractions. The communication and the stay were absolutely amazing!!
