With the location being only 1.5 miles to the Branson strip, 2 miles to Table Rock Lake (Moonshine Beach), and 4.5 miles to Silver Dollar City, there is no better place to be! We invite you to come experience this fully remodeled space! Don't forget, Comfort Cottage doesn't have any stairs and is wheelchair accessible!

STOCKED ITEMS
All of our properties are stocked with a starter kit for toiletries and kitchen supplies. We aim to meet the essentials for your stay, but anything beyond what is listed below (or if you plan to have a large group/long stay) you will need to provide for your stay.
Kitchen: Coffee, Sugar, Coffee Filters, Salt and Pepper, Potholders, Dish soap, Dishwasher pods, Hand Soap, Kitchen Hand towels and dishcloths, Paper towels, Trash Bags

All linens will be provided as well as laundry detergent.

LOCATION:
Such a great location to access EVERYTHING Branson. Located off a main by-pass road to avoid traffic, up the hill from Table Rock Lake (2 miles), just off of the Branson Strip (1.5 miles), down the road from Silver Dollar City (4.5 Miles) and taking 165 to Fall creek will get you to Branson Landing. You will not regret this location for sure!!

**The seasonal outdoor pool at this location is maintained by The Vinyards Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly and diligently to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your reservation in the first 24 hours of booking and receive 100% refund.
- After booking you have until 30 days before your check-in date to cancel with just a 5% cancelation fee.
- There are no refunds inside midnight on the 30th day. We recommend purchasing travel insurance, which we provide a link to after booking.
Deposit Policy
We charge a 30% deposit at the time of booking. All cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee, and there are no refunds for reservations within 30 days of arrival.

Upstairs neighbor a little loud during the day, but place was great! Comfortable beds, well supplies kitchen. Would rent again if ever back in the area.

It was a really nice condo, the AC worked well, it was really hot and the AC kept us cool. Decent location, didn't take too long to get to Silver Dollar City or the Branson strip.
Had a small issue with a toilet, but they were responsive and fixed the issue.
Overall we had a great stay and that helped to make it a great vacation.
The community pool could have been cleaner, didn't seem like the filtration system was running, but we were only there for a short time.

Close to sliver dollar city and the Branson belle. Easy to get in and out of. Parking was great honestly after reading other reviews I was worried but we got lucky every time. As the other reviews have stated there was a child above that would stomp around but it was NOT during quiet hours.

We arrived late and discovered the parking was a nightmare. There was not plenty of parking available as stated. We had to park in a no parking zone along with others and move our car early the next morning. The bathrooms were out of toilet paper and there were no kitchen trash bags. Tried to contact them via messaging and didn't hear back until the next day when they brought the missing items. We had a group of 8 so this was very inconvenient. The description stated well stocked bathrooms but obviously someone was negligent in making sure everything was well stocked. The condo above us was extremely loud at all times, constantly stomping, shutting door loudly and continuous stomping and down stairway. The location of these rentals is excellent. The decor was cute modern farmhouse. If the parking situation could be improved and condo was stocked as stated this would have been a great place to stay.

We enjoyed this place a lot. We had a first floor unit and the upstairs noises were loud at times but never disturbing. Very convenient patio door for taking pets out. Plenty of space and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Only a mile from the strip. Very clean and well supplied. Plenty of room for 6 of us.
Condo was clean and met our needs. The location is close to the strip, but not on the strip which is nice. 10-14 minutes from SDC, Branson Landing, and Walmart. Unfortunately, the condo smelled of cigarette smoke which gave us headaches. We probably would not stay in this particular unit again.
We were very happy with the accommodations of Comfort Cottage. It was well stocked with soap, detergent, shampoo etc. Was an added bonus to find the bag of ice in the freezer 🙂 It was a clean unit for our family vacation.

The location of this place is absolutely perfect! I loved our condo it really felt homey. The renters were super easy to get a hold of. We actually ended up blowing a fuse (too many girls, too many hairdryers) and they got back ahold of me and helped me fix it so fast. 10/10 would recommend!

When we got there and were getting ready to go to bed, I noticed there was chips and popcorn crumbs on the sheets of the sofa bed. There were extra sheets, so that wasn't a problem. But that was pretty much it. Other than that everything was amazing. The location was perfect, everything was really close. Everything else was clean and well organized. Would recommend, and I would definitely come back.
Great value for a family vacation.
We were happy with the Host and the location of the condo. It was in a very convenient location to the downtown area. When we first checked in there was a smoke smell that was in the living room. We called the host and they had someone come out right away and do something. The smell did go away a little but was still there the next morning. Overall Freedom vacation rentals was very professional and friendly during the stay.

Very cozy and felt right at home. The management was awesome on communication and would recommend staying at this location. Had everything we needed and more. Very nice we will be back.
