Whether you plan on spending time at Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake or seeing shows and everything Branson has to offer, this location is excellent. Avoid the long traffic lines going to Silver Dollar City because you'll be coming the opposite way most of the traffic is trying to get there. Easily access the lake and the Branson strip!
This fantastic condo is set up very well. The comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen, well stock bathrooms and huge balcony create a space that flows very well. Want to spend some time enjoying the neighborhood? The location is just across the street from one of the outdoor pools, horseshoe pit, children's playground and hiking trails to the fishing lake. Although the condo is located on a lower level, there is a ramp as well making it wheelchair accessible.

*Minimum booking age is 21.
*The seasonal outdoor pool at this location is maintained by the Notch Point Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your reservation in the first 24 hours of booking and receive 100% refund.
- After booking you have until 30 days before your check-in date to cancel with just a 5% cancelation fee.
- There are no refunds inside midnight on the 30th day. We recommend purchasing travel insurance, which we provide a link to after booking.
Deposit Policy
We charge a 30% deposit at the time of booking. All cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee, and there are no refunds for reservations within 30 days of arrival.

We liked our stay!
The stay here was perfect. It was a very pleasant little place to rent out for the weekend and was very close to silver dollar city and the entire strip of Branson as well. Would definitely stay there again!

Great price for what we got. Close to everything but also has an out of the way and quiet feel. Loved the view from the back balcony!

Perfect location for access to everything we love in Branson. Towels and outdoor furniture could have been nicer but this was a comfortable place. Overall very pleased and would book again!
The condo was nice and clean. Liked that it’s across the street from pool so didn’t have to drive there. Just an FYI, we missed Notch Lane twice when we first arrived because there is no street sign. So make sure to be aware to turn next to Motel 6.

This location worked great for us. We were visiting Silver Dollar City and it was just minutes away. Everything we needed was provided and the surrounding area was quiet. The outdoor views were also great!

Great place to stay with all the right amenities, at a wonderful price! It comfortably suited my family of 6, with enough space for everyone to have some down time after our days at the parks and shopping. Super convenient location, less than 5 minutes from SDC. Nice pool right across the drive and a super short walk. Would definitely stay here again!!
We have been to Branson many times and this is the best rental we have ever stayed in! They had everything stocked that we needed. The beds were comfortable and every room had a TV! The condo was right across from one of the pools and little playground. Will definitely be back!
Enjoyed our stay
It was a lovely apartment. It’s a very clean and comfortable place to stay! The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook without having to bring or buy stuff to use. My family enjoyed staying here and we will be booking with them again in the future!
This was a fine place to stay. Not super fancy but a good price and close to Silver Dollar city! The one pool that was open was decent. Not very big but we were they only ones there so enough for our family.

Excellent location if you are wanting in and out of Silver Dollar City with ease. Property is immaculately kept. Pools were clean. Our condo was clean. Plenty of towels, blankets, and coffee. We will be back. This was one of the most relaxing visits to Branson I’ve had.
