We're positive this beautifully built home has everything you need for a perfect vacation spent in the Ozarks! Newly built with attention to detail, this home features 5 spacious bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, sleeping a total of 16 guests. An open floorplan with an abundance of large windows across the main level lets the sunshine flow through and provides some spectacular views of the beautiful blue waters of Table Rock Lake!
Enjoy some time in, next to the incredible stone fireplace that reaches the ceiling in the family room, or head on out to the back deck for some fresh Ozark air while relaxing in the private hot tub! Located on the upper level of the home is a bonus game room, filled with board games and billiards, that we're sure the kids will LOVE.

Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your reservation in the first 24 hours of booking and receive 100% refund.
- After booking you have until 30 days before your check-in date to cancel with just a 5% cancelation fee.
- There are no refunds inside midnight on the 30th day. We recommend purchasing travel insurance, which we provide a link to after booking.

We charge a 30% deposit at the time of booking. All cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee, and there are no refunds for reservations within 30 days of arrival.

We loved this AirBNB for a small family reunion! Yes, there really are 7 bathrooms...and it's amazing! The house was very well stocked with all necessities, even the consumable items (they lasted our group of 14 for a week). The house feels new and is very spacious. The hot tub is heated.
As other reviewers mentioned, the dumpsters are not close to the house, but it was easy for us to load our trash into our car and drop it off when we left each day.
We loved this location for quick access to Silver Dollar City.
We loved our stay! Perfect for our bachelorette party! So much bigger than the pictures make it seem. I would recommend this stay to everyone!
We were all very happy with our stay. Loved the fact that there was not a long list of chores to do on last day. We had almost everything we needed. As other reviews mentioned, there is a sound issue because of the high ceilings, but love the high ceilings. The Keurig needed a good cleaning - we took care of that for you. The deck fireplace remote has been missing for awhile according to reviews - Go and buy at Amazon!!!! There was nothing that we had to make a run for. Everything we needed was there. We were comfortable and had a great Christmas. If you can afford it, Go and stay, you won't be sorry. Happy New Year everyone!!!

Outdoor fireplace remote was broken. Deck furniture was not clean. Outdoor furniture missing cushions.

Home was comfy, kitchen was stocked with plates, utensils, etc, views were nice but the floors were not clean. Also, please provide better instructions for the trash. We could not find a dumpster. Not sure why guests have to take trash to a dumpster. Would recommend placing a trash receptacle outside the home for the cleaners to remove since the cleaning fee is pretty high.
