Rental Property Description

STOCKED ITEMS
We provide a starter number of toiletries for your stay, but anything beyond what is provided will be the renters responsibility to stock. All linens will be provided.

INCLUSIONS
1. All electric, water, sewer, trash, and internet are included.
2. There is a public boat launch in front of the complex (to the west of the complex) that can be used.
3. There are mowed paths in front of the property (to the west of the complex) to access the lake.
4. This is a turnkey apartment that is fully furnished and stocked with appliances.
5. Restaurant and general store are just a 5-minute walk at Coney Island!
6. Coney Island Resort has jet ski and boat rentals.
7. This rental is just 20-25 minutes from Silver Dollar City and 25 minutes to the Branson Strip! 

PROPERTY RULES
1. Tenant(s) are required to get a P.O. box for any mail.
2. There is no use of any docks in the area. You will have to rent a slip from one of the local public docks.
3. No use of any pools in the area.
4. No storing items outside the complex.
5. No more than two vehicles. There are two parking spots on the north side of the complex. All vehicles must run and drive.
6. No driving on grass around complex.
7. This unit has two units above it. Tenant is responsible for keeping the volume of any electronics at a reasonable level.
8. No smoking of any kind.
9. No pets of any kind.
10. No nails, screws, glue, or any sticky things on the walls.
11. The boat ramp to the southeast is private and can't be used.

Cancellation Policy

- You may cancel your reservation in the first 24 hours of booking and receive 100% refund.
- After booking you have until 30 days before your check-in date to cancel with just a 5% cancelation fee.
- There are no refunds inside midnight on the 30th day. We recommend purchasing travel insurance, which we provide a link to after booking.

Deposit Policy

We charge a 30% deposit at the time of booking. All cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee, and there are no refunds for reservations within 30 days of arrival.
