Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to whip up some hearty meals, 12 cup coffee maker (grounds and filters included), microwave, stove, full size refrigerator, and everything needed to keep the cook on their game!
Bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make-up wipes, hair dryer, hand soap, soft towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
Living room has plenty of seating for the whole family, extra-large windows overlooking Table Rock Lake, streaming T.V., and a fireplace to make those nights spent in extra cozy.
Exterior includes a spacious patio area, outdoor seating, gas grill, and feel free to take in the beautiful views from the hot tub!

Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your reservation in the first 24 hours of booking and receive 100% refund.
- After booking you have until 30 days before your check-in date to cancel with just a 5% cancelation fee.
- There are no refunds inside midnight on the 30th day. We recommend purchasing travel insurance, which we provide a link to after booking.
Deposit Policy
We charge a 30% deposit at the time of booking. All cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee, and there are no refunds for reservations within 30 days of arrival.

Amazing views of the lake. The hot tub was great and easy to use. The house felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed and then some. The only issue is the well water has a strong odor, so I would recommend bringing bottle water for drinks, bagged ice, coffee, and brushing your teeth. But I highly recommend the house. It is in the center of every thing we did. Silver Dollar City, the Landing, the main strip, river boat, and top of the Rock were all within a quick 15 minute drive.
Stunning views! My family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out and decompress after a fun time at Silver Dollar City and downtown Branson.

Don’t snooze on this beautiful location - it is exactly how it is described - a majestic view! A small group of us came for a little retreat time away from home and to also see the local attractions.
This perfectly preserved family home is far enough away from all the buzz but still close enough for food delivery services. We also had everything we needed to prepare meals there.
Restful, beautiful and absolutely enjoyable. Highly recommend!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. the only thing I would recommend changing is a bigger shower for the Master Bedroom, like a walk-in tiled shower. the Food Disposal stopped working right before we left ironically. just the two minor things aside, it was amazing. loved the HotTub.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was well stocked, and clean with the exception of the water cooler, but we purchased bottled water so that wasn’t a big deal. Netflix was signed in on the TV and available for us to watch. We did some fishing down the hill, and the path was a little rough to get to the water, but not too bad. We also enjoyed the hot tub and got to see the Branson Belle one of the nights of our stay.
