All our properties are stocked with a starter kit for toiletries and kitchen supplies. We aim to meet the essentials for your stay, but anything beyond what is listed below (or if you plan to have a large group/long stay) you will need to be provided for your stay.
Kitchen: Coffee, Sugar, Coffee Filters, Salt and Pepper, Potholders, Dish soap, Dishwasher pods, Hand Soap, Kitchen Hand towels and dishcloths, Paper towels, Trash Bags
Toiletries: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Hand Soap, Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash bags, Make up wipes, Deodorizer spray, Tissue.
All linens will be provided as well as laundry detergent.

Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your reservation in the first 24 hours of booking and receive 100% refund.
- After booking you have until 30 days before your check-in date to cancel with just a 5% cancelation fee.
- There are no refunds inside midnight on the 30th day. We recommend purchasing travel insurance, which we provide a link to after booking.
Deposit Policy
We charge a 30% deposit at the time of booking. All cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee, and there are no refunds for reservations within 30 days of arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We have a family of 6. Some places we have stayed have had sleeping arrangements for 6 but not enough plates, silverware, etc. for 6. We enjoy cooking and eating together as a family. During this stay we had more than enough kitchen supplies, which was a huge benefit for us. The Little house gave us a good balance between rest and relaxation (which we really needed) and the option to enjoy all that comes with Branson as we wanted. I highly recommend it, and we would stay again.

We absolutely loved this place. It was the perfect spot for our family of 4 and my mother to tag along. It sat on the Golf Course which was a nice view. It was very easy to find & let yourselves in. The condo had everything we could need or want. From Coffee, Sugar, & all kitchen needs to Shampoo, Conditioner, & Body wash in both bathrooms. It was close to the strip & not to far from Branson Landing either. We definitely recommend & if we ever return to Branson we will be staying here again.

This place was amazing! Better than the photos! Warm and homey. The kitchen was the best stocked we’ve ever stayed in. It was quiet even though we were just minutes from all the fun things to do in Branson. My parents came with my husband and I, and they kept saying, “I can’t believe how nice this place is!” Loved having king sized beds and two bathrooms. Loved sitting outside with coffee on the patio and watching the golfers. Definitely recommend!
