Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly and diligently to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your reservation in the first 24 hours of booking and receive 100% refund.
- After booking you have until 30 days before your check-in date to cancel with just a 5% cancelation fee.
- There are no refunds inside midnight on the 30th day. We recommend purchasing travel insurance, which we provide a link to after booking.
Deposit Policy
We charge a 30% deposit at the time of booking. All cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee, and there are no refunds for reservations within 30 days of arrival.

We had a fabulous stay! The location is out of the hustle of town but close enough to be convenient. The condo was exactly as shown (beautiful and clean) and had LOTS of amenities. 7 adults and 1 child family weekend trip. Upon arrival we attempted to make a pot a coffee only to discover the coffeemaker didn't work (there was a regular coffeemaker AND a Keurig). I messaged the host and by the next morning they had messaged me back and as we were out for the day they delivered a new one (sat it just inside our door-which I found very respectful). This unit is down one flight of stairs (6 condos share a common entry). We did not have any noise problems and enjoyed that our back door opened to a ground-level porch area, allowing us to walk around and enjoy the beautiful scenic view and the little one to play. Also, I appreciated that the check-out list was VERY simple (trash and towels only). Thanks, Freedom! We will be back 🙂
We loved our stay here! Priced right.. very close to all the attractions but far enough to enjoy the quite!

Very nice condo! Only complaints we had are the ceilings are paper thin, so being on the bottom floor it literally sounded like elephants were going to come through the rough for a week straight. We had young babies with us and it was very hard for them to take naps or sleep at night, because it seemed the people above us were up all night long. Also the floors were horribly dirty. Our feet were stained black and our babies knees were filthy, we would have gladly mopped but there wasn’t a mop for us to use only the mop bucket.
It was loud with upstairs neighbors, it was constant noise. There was no laundry soap, but the checkout instructions said to start a load of towels so we had to buy soap. There was also only 2 trash bags and with 6 adults and 6 days 2 trash bags was not enough. The blankets around the house also felt sticky and dirty and there was 1 extra roll of toilet per bathroom. We just needed more and had to buy more.
Nice cozy place stocked well and accurate description! Highly recommend and really nice pool! We will be back for sure!

"Wonderful Stay"
Everything was wonderful. The property is very clean. We really enjoyed our vacation and appreciated the ability to stay in one location as a family.
The condo was perfect for my family. Everyone had space to spread out. Cleanliness was incredible. Kitchen was well organized. Incredible view of Branson from the back door.
Parking was difficult as there are not enough parking spots for the guests in the condos. Late evenings resulted in parking in the grass, rocks or mud.
This is a very nice & clean condo. It was in a great location with a beautiful view. The only drawback is there is no parking come Friday evening because there are not enough of spaces for the entire block of condos. You will have to park in the overflow lot at the bottom of the steep street if you do not arrive early in the evening. Other than parking, it is a great place to stay.
The rental was perfect for our Girls' weekend getaway. We had an issue with the lock at one point, and they sent someone out immediately to take care of it. I'd rent this one again.
