The richness of the Tuscan design features comfortable soft furnishings, beautiful wood finishes, and a large, crafted wood tv console that will make you feel like you stepped right into Italy itself. The quality king size bed will have you relaxing and resting up for every fun filled day in Branson! The fully equipped kitchen features everything needed to cook up quality family meals. You'll love the four season (heated) sunroom that overlooks the well-manicured neighborhood. Bring yourself, your family, and have an exciting time in Branson at Tuscany Villas!
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
1 king size bed (sleeps 2), bedside lighting, and quality bedding.
1 sofa sleeper (sleeps 2).
Queen air bed upon request.
OTHER INCLUSIONS:
Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to make a meal of any size, full size washer/dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make-up wipes, all soft white towels, quality bedding, 12 cup coffee maker (grounds and filter provided), a Crockpot, and extra blankets!

- You may cancel your reservation in the first 24 hours of booking and receive 100% refund.
- After booking you have until 30 days before your check-in date to cancel with just a 5% cancelation fee.
- There are no refunds inside midnight on the 30th day. We recommend purchasing travel insurance, which we provide a link to after booking.

Only one problem. The address really was confusing. When pulling in the parking lot there was no number 8 apartment. My wife called and 8 was in the upper set of apartments. A gentlemen that was entering the higher set of apartments said it was a bit confusing also. so make sure you specify which set of apartments. In front of garages or behind the garages.

Great and convenient place to stay while in Branson. We were within great driving distance of everything we had planned while on our trip. Plenty of parking. Very quiet and nice area. Host was very responsive and even checked in with us to make sure everything was okay.
Will certainly try to book the same place for our next trip up that way!

Great condo, beautiful furnishings, great value, great host. Super clean inside and out. great views out the side and back windows. There is a sleeper sofa, as well as an air matress. Also includes a washer and dryer. Close to all the attractions and golf course, but tucked perfectly away in a quieter area. There is access to he pool, the code is by the front door.

Staying at Tuscany place was awesome. This is a convenient little place for a couple. It’s located just off the yellow route, which means the main road on which all the shows are on is less than a mile away. The location was very quiet, was easy to enter, using the keypad on the front door, I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location was perfect as there were multiple ways to get to different points in the strip that would avoid unnecessary driving in long lines if traffic. The decor was cute and the place was clean. The basics were provided so we felt at home. my husband commented that he would like to retire in a similar home. a The only thing would point out is that the kitchen is very small and there is no pantry. if you bring food that doesn't need to be refrigerated there is nowhere to put it.
I would definitely stay here again.

We couldn't have been more pleased with this condo! We've stayed at Thousands Hills a handful of times in the past, but we've never stayed at Tuscany Place. The condo was perfect. Even for our family of 5. It had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. Beautifully decorated, very clean, and the views.... well I could sit and stare at them all day. But when in Branson, you should definitely do all the things! I love that it was close proximity to everywhere/everything we wanted to go and do during our stay. We will definitely be back! I've already recommended these condos to my family and friends. We've made wonderful memories here and can't wait to stay again.
